The installation is so neat and compact – and still having half a cupboard (which you rebuilt internally) – has meant no loss of usable space. The necessary pipework under the sink is impressive - so neatly finished off. Within one month I am noticing the difference on lime-scale deposits around taps, amounts of washing powder used and of course, my skin. As an eczema sufferer the benefits are really noticeable. I would recommend your company and the product to any considering installing a softener – and I have!

Having lived with soft water in Sussex for over 30 years, moving to the South coast with its hard water was quite a shock. So we are delighted with the water softener you installed. Now we can drink water straight from the tap, the kettle is working properly again, we are both using far less soap and detergent and I am no longer wiping the sink and taps down every 5 minutes with anti-limescale products to keep them shiny. The water softener does everything you said it would and it is so easy to use - just put in replacement salt once a month and forget it! I am writing to express our grateful thanks for the installation you carried out earlier this week. We are both thoroughly delighted with both the very slick quality installation you completed and as for the effect, (already) well, I am amazed at the difference.
It sounds an old cliché, but the difference really is like changing. I had no idea the real obvious difference the installation would make, operation is quiet too, quite unobtrusive. Even shaving with an electric shaver, which I still do, is a totally different experience, faster and smoother, after washing first.

To anyone looking at this who is as sceptical as I was last year. Ask
Nigel to come on a ‘no commitment’ basis.
We are SO glad we listened to him, and suspended our disbelief. We are
using less washing material. The showers heads have cleaned themselves
of gunge; [that is calcium/lime scale deposits] as has the kettles. Can’t
prove that the boiler is more efficient, but the water and radiators does
seem to be warmer for the same settings and the gas bill has not gone up
as much as expected.
So, Give him a try. WE have NOT been disappointed. In fact we are
very pleased we invested in the system. Well explained.

We had our water softener put in about 2 months ago. Nigel came to fit it, and despite the job not being easy, there was never a cross word uttered. We have been so impressed by the feel of the water, its taste and the saving in cleaning products. We have a new walk in shower, with a glass panel to the side, and that has stayed lovely and clear. The washing up sparkles, you just have to be careful the glasses don't slip out of your hands.
There is no downside to this product and the salesman, NIgel, is one of the nicest people we have ever met, nothing has been too much trouble for him and he has been so helpful. Full of good advice to make the most of our water softener.
